Jim is responsible for all operations for Monsoon Commerce. He previously served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for The Greenbrier Companies, where he oversaw financial reporting, taxation, and information technology, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MathStar, a fabless semiconductor company. Jim’s extensive experience includes executive positions at Synetics Solutions, Christensen Electric, and the Schnitzer Group. Jim received his MS in Finance and Management from the University of Notre Dame.
John is responsible for all sales, marketing, channel and business development activities for Monsoon Commerce. He previously served as General Manager of the Americas for Maxxing, a leading international provider of trade promotion, customer loyalty and price optimization solutions. John brings over 22 years of experience in international sales, marketing, product management and corporate strategy for several leading enterprise solution providers serving global retailers including Vice President of Emerging Markets and Technologies for GS1 US, Vice President and General Manager of EPCglobal US, Vice President of Industry Development for EPCglobal, Vice President of Product Management for QRS (now GXS), Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Prophet 21 (now Epicor) and Director of Channels and Alliances for Tradex Technologies (now SAP). John is a graduate of Temple University.
Madhav is responsible for all P&L activities for Alibris.com, a Monsoon Commerce company. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Product Management and User Experience at Art.com, Chief Product Officer at Kodak Gallery, as well as several positions at Eastman Kodak, including Worldwide Manager for Strategy and Advanced Technology in the Digital Capture Business and General Manager of Kodak’s Professional Digital Camera and Professional Lab Business. Madhav received his MBA from Simon School of Business, University of Rochester. He has been awarded a PhD and an MS in Materials Science from the California Institute of Technology and BS in Metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur.
Kellie is responsible for the financial strategy of Monsoon Commerce. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Cedexis, an emerging SaaS provider of cloud monitoring services. Kellie brings over 20 years of revenue management, strategic planning and finance experience in the banking, manufacturing and high technology industries including Chief Financial Officer at VeriWave and Director of Finance, Treasury, and Risk Management at InFocus. Kellie is a graduate of Oregon State University and earned an MBA at Portland State University.
Mary is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of Human Resources for Monsoon Commerce. In this role, Mary leads recruitment and staff retention efforts, including hiring, training and coaching all members of a growing team. She is also charged with developing and executing HR policy and procedures, as well as administering compensation packages, payroll and benefits. Mary brings more than a decade of experience in human resources leadership to her role. She is passionate about developing an exceptional, employee-oriented and high-performance company culture.
